What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay us using your PayPal account, or you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover without using or creating a PayPal account.

 
When will you charge my card?
We will process your payment when you place your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, or we will refund your payment.

 

Can I change my order after I have submitted it?
If you wish to make a change to your order that will not change its pricing, and we have not already started creating the artwork, we will likely be able to accommodate your request.

If the changes you are requesting are going to change the pricing of your order, it is likely that we will simply cancel your order and you will need to submit a new order online.

Please keep in mind that making changes to your order may cause its completion to be delayed, especially if work has already begun

What does the Order Status mean?
After you have placed an order, you can check on the order status by clicking on the links at the top right of our website. You will need to log into your account. Here is what each order status means:

Awaiting Fullfillment: This means we have received your order and are working on the first drafts of your artwork. Once the first proofs of your artwork are completed, you will receive an email with a link to our online proofing system and your order status will be updated.

Pending: This means your Proof is pending and waiting for your review in our online proofing system. Your order status will remain in Pending until all proofs and revisions have been reviewed and you have given your approval to produce your final portrait (or other product).

Complete: This means the proofing process is complete and your artwork has moved into its production and finishing phases.

Shipped: Your portrait or other product is packaged and on its way to you. You will receive an email with a shipping tracking code in order to follow your shipment.

 

Can I pick up my order if I live in the Portland, OR area?
Yes. If you are from the Portland area, you will be given the option of picking up your order and saving on shipping charges during the order process. We will arrange pickup with you via email once your order is complete.
